    10:20-11:20 am

Thinking outside the box regarding our specialty: Why are Fellowships not filling? Are we training enough or too many Pediatric Otolaryngologists? How do we address the access problems (long waits for routine appointments and routine surgeries in some practices) if there aren’t enough new Fellows to recruit? What can we do to improve the QOL for the profession? Is some of this coming from CPO or ACS-CSV? What brings you joy in your work? What do you dislike the most? Are there ways to increase the former and decrease the latter? How can we help each other? Tell me it isn’t just about the money! (60 minutes should be plenty of time to sort this out). Derkay/John Carter/Bill Collins/Jeff Simons/Lindhe Guarisco
